TESSA MOULT-MILEWSKA
Tessa Moult-Milewska is a writer and animation director with a passion for stop-motion. She is particularly drawn to character-driven stories, focusing on strong female heroines. Her work often features a distinctively dark and whimsical tone, while incorporating a sense of humor and some well-placed awkward jokes.
Her portfolio includes directing children’s TV series and TV commercials, as well as developing an animated TV series and a feature film. A graduate of the Directing Animation MA course at the National Film and Television School, UK, she has also studied Shadow Theatre at ISI Solo in Indonesia and screenwriting at La Poudriere, France.
Her recent film, 'Curiosa,' received multiple awards, including the Royal Television Society’s Best Postgraduate Animation Award and the Austin Film Festival Jury Award.
