MAX GONZALEZ - MANAGER

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in South Florida, Max Gonzalez joins us from WME, where he spent five years building and fostering relationships in and out of the TV Scripted Department. He’s had the privilege of working under top agents like Ari Greenburg, Zach Druker, Andrew Wang, and Lauren Szurgot, gaining invaluable insights along the way. A USC graduate from the Business of Cinematic Arts program, Max interned across the industry and even produced a feature film, which sharpened his eye for compelling, diverse storytelling.

Max gravitates toward character-driven dramas, layered family stories, and multifaceted thrillers, counting Little Miss Sunshine and Inside Man as all-time favorites.  He’s also an easy laugh, dutifully ending each night with an episode of Seinfeld, no matter how many times he’s seen it.   Outside of work (when he can find the time!), you might spot him at the gym, on a hiking trail, or rallying friends for a pick-up game. Fun fact: Max’s journey began as a child actor, booking commercial gigs across South Florida and New York City and earning his SAG card before heading West to pursue his passion for representing creatives.
