HANNAH AYOUBI
Hannah Ayoubi is an Arab American (Syrian/Texan) Director, Writer, and Story Artist who has been working in Animation since 2014. After graduating from CalArts in 2013 with a BFA in Character Animation, she hopped right into the world of cartoons as a storyboard artist (Nickelodeon’s Harvey Beaks, Disney’s Amphibia, Cartoon Network’s The Fungies!), later becoming an episodic director (Warner Brother’s Jellystone!, A24’s #1 Happy Family USA, Disney’s StuGo) She also has experience working in development, both in helping others shape their projects as a director/ visual development artist/ consultant, as well as developing her own original concepts. In her latest job as a Development Executive, she worked full time developing original IP for the leading toy and entertainment company Spin Master.
Hannah is known for her cheeky sense of humor, bridging comedy with heart and sincerity. She loves being a leader and is passionate about finding the balance between creativity, hard work and mental health for every part of the team. Outside of work, Hannah can be found lifting heavy weights (she can deadlift 320lbs!), bellydancing (she can shimmy!), playing the accordion (she’s an amateur!), and being Wario’s #1 fan.
